Since the product cannot be sold again, the delivery time is long and the return policy is strict. PetsPARK is a custom-made sub-brand for pet land under the Craflzy brand, and its Shipping & Returns policy is the same as Craflzy.

Processing Time

hand-crafted and customized products:
Hand-crafted and customized production take approximately 3-14 business days to complete before shipping. For most products, according to actual production conditions, it will be shorter than one week.
non-customized products:
When non-customized products are in stock, they will be shipped within 2-5 business days. If the extension is delayed due to force majeure, please pay attention to the email information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Most products and countries:
- Orders over $99 (before tax) qualify for FREE delivery.
- Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee of $5~$15. Some items can be shipped free with a free shipping coupon.
- Delivery time: 4-14 business days.

The shipping rates for some products are calculated separately, such as promotional products.. In some countries, the transportation time will be extended due to different force majeure and transportation capacity.

Shipping Locations

We currently provide supply from most countries. Due to natural disasters, wars, customs policy adjustments, etc., we will notify them separately. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us for confirmation.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a waybill number via email, and you can check your package location in real time based on the provided waybill number. Please note that tracking information updates may take 48 hours.

Custom & Handmade Products

All of our products are personalized and handmade to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of product damage.

Refunds

Please note that after the order is submitted, you have a short time to cancel the order and charge a 5% order processing fee (this part is collected by the payment platform and automatically deducted).

Non-customized products: Under the premise of ensuring the integrity of the goods and not affecting secondary sales, a 14-day return and exchange policy is supported. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. Please negotiate with customer service before returning the goods.

Hand-crafted and customized products: After the order starts customization, we will refund up to 50% of the order amount. non-customized products: This period after the goods are prepared and before shipment. Up to 70% of the order amount will be refunded.After the order starts shipping, it cannot be refunded. Please know and understand.
