Processing Time
- hand-crafted and customized products:Hand-crafted and customized production take approximately 3-15 business days to complete before shipping. For most products, according to actual production conditions, it will be shorter than one week.
- non-customized products:When non-customized products are in stock, they will be shipped within 2-5 business days. If the extension is delayed due to force majeure, please pay attention to the email information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Most products and countries:
- Orders over $49 (before tax) qualify for FREE delivery.
- Orders under $49 incur a flat shipping fee of $4.9~$15. Some items can be shipped free with a free shipping coupon.
- Delivery time: 3~25 business days. Delivery is usually made within 10 business days.
The shipping rates for some products are calculated separately, such as promotional products.. In some countries, the transportation time will be extended due to different force majeure and transportation capacity.

Hand-crafted and customized products: After the order starts customization, we will refund up to 50% of the order amount. non-customized products: This period after the goods are prepared and before shipment. Up to 70% of the order amount will be refunded.After the order starts shipping, it cannot be refunded. Please know and understand.
