If you are one of the few people who actually clean up after your dog, the ideal scenario for using this particular item is when you're hiking or traveling and garbage cans are few and far between. While you want to be responsible for your pet dumps, the idea of hanging onto a full of bag of dog po po for the duration of a three hour hike makes even the most devout dog doo cleaner upper question their rationale.

I took off a star because it doesn’t come with enough bags. There’s only like 20 and for the price, I feel it should come with an extra roll of bags.
This the next best thing to the one I use in my yard. Why you ask, well because my home one has a long handle so no bending over. I have a bad back.
This one on the other hand is hands down the very best for traveling and walks. They both work exactly the same. How did I get so lucky? I bought the large as I have a small lab, she's about 65 lbs. It is a little large to carry, but it works so wonderful. She goes about once a walk so I tie it up, put a new bag on and leave it right inside. If she does happen to go again I am all loaded. I just open the jaw and drop the first bag, pick up the new poop and put both in that bag and at that point I don't use another bag I just tied it and again keep it in the jaws as it is plenty big and not a person knows if its loaded or not. I feel alot more comfortable carrying this loaded than walking around with a bag of poop hanging off of me.
